    Tube revolver

    Tube Revolver can be used in a variety of laboratory fields such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical, and Histochemistry. The rotisseries are interchangeable so that the unit works with a variety of tube sizes. The four rotisserie paddles can be mixed for a combination of different tubes. Each paddle direction can be independently adjusted from 0-90 degrees.

    Purge vessel

    The Sievers Nitric Oxide Analyzer (NOA 280i) and purge system measures nitric oxide and its reaction products, nitrite, nitrate and nitrosothiols, in virtually any biological fluid including: cell culture media, plasma, sera, urine, cerebral-spinal fluid, bronchial-alveolar lavage, perfusates, and tissue homogenates.

    Z1 dual threshold coulter counter

    The Z1™ Dual Threshold model is designed for platelet applications and for working with numerous cell types of variable sizes. It incorporates an oil displacement pump which delivers a high degree of accuracy and precision and eliminates the need for mercury. It allows for absolute cell counts or concentration, storage of up to five analysis settings, and a constant current feature which eliminates calibration drift.

    Sievers Nitric Oxide Analyzer

    The Sievers Nitric Oxide Analyzer (NOA 280i) is a detection system for Nitric Oxide (NO) analysis. It uses ozone-chemiluminescence technology to conduct liquid and exhaled breath nitric oxide (NO) measurement. The Sievers NOA can be used to measure liquid samples or exhaled breath samples of nitric oxide.

     

    Liquid Samples

    The NOA 280i measures nitric oxide, nitrite, nitrate or nitrosothiols in most biological samples. Concentrations, ranging from low nanomolar to millimolar levels, can be measured in sample volumes ranging from a few microliters to several milliliters.

    Exhaled Breath Samples

    Exhaled nitric oxide can easily be measured with the NOA 280i. Fast response time and low sample flow rates allow for measurement of exhaled NO in humans and animals.
